Dilbeek – June 21, 2017
The market research bureau iVOX recently conducted a study into consumers’ perception of Belgian fashion (brands). The results of this study were presented during Creamoda’s annual general meeting. Fashionata and blogger Tiany Kiriloff gave her expert commentary on the findings in a platform discussion with Wendy Luyckx, who is responsible for Creamoda’s Public Relations.
The article ‘Belgian fashion popular but not well enough known; Creamoda wants to create more visibility’ goes into the results of the study in more detail.
‘Into Belgian Fashion’ was also launched. This is an online test to discover your attitude to fashion in general and Belgian fashion in particular. Once you’ve completed it, you will immediately see the results and you will know what fashion profile is hidden within you.
The platform discussion was followed by a dazzling fashion show with professional models. During a Belgian catwalk parade, the clothing for the coming autumn/winter was shown. Here’s an impression:
Many Belgian fashion houses attended the outstandingly organised event and after the parade there was time for networking.
Belmodo looks back a long way to the article ‘This was Creamoda x Belmodo‘. The ‘Creamoda x Belmodo aftermovie‘ takes you back to the days when Belgian fashion was right at the forefront.
Moreover, various Belgian entrepreneurs distinguish themselves by producing high-quality and innovative workwear for all kinds of sectors. You would do well on such a parade to leave space for workwear. Perhaps just getting used to it, what a beautiful challenge that would be!
