Zulte-Waregem – 14 June 2016
In the Regenboog Stadion (Rainbow Stadium) of the Belgian football club Zulte Waregem, Willy Naessens gave a presentation about entrepreneurship. During this inspiring session, the respect I already had for his entrepreneurship and his vision were confirmed even more.
In addition to his great sense of humour, the way in which this miller’s son built up his company made a big impression on me. What I remember most is the organisational aspect, in particular the relationship between family members and shareholders, who are the owners and management team, consisting of managers who don’t necessarily have a family connection.
