During the ISPO Academy, Prof.dr.ir. Kitty Koelemeijer gave a breathtaking presentation about the developments in retailing and about the technology of the future, which is within everyone’s reach. It is almost unimaginable how many impactful changes in this field are still waiting for us and how fast they are going to happen!
After about 22 years, incidentally, it was a very special reunion. The last time was during my graduation in Tilburg.
